Barrett Street Auction Center and Antique Mall sits on a 3+ acre, 45,000 square foot building complex that houses an Antique Mall and Auction Gallery, located in Virginia Beach, VA. Barrett Street occupies a unique physical presence and visibility as well and is within arm’s reach of over 120,000 cars daily off of major interstate 264. Barrett Street is owned and operated by Tom and Sandra Giroux (often mistakenly referred to as Mr. and Mrs. Barrett). Tom and Sandra are Auctioneers, Appraisers, and Realtors, who have been serving the Hampton Roads community since 1985.

Barrett Street handles every aspect of estates including all personal property, from normal household items, to your precious metals (pots and pans to gold) with the ability to consign to a showroom, auction both live and online, and conduct estate tag sales. We also specialize in organizing in-house cleanouts, from your average estate, to your extreme hoarder. In addition, Tom and Sandra can list your real property through the traditional process by listing your house as a realtor or Tom can handle your real estate through the accelerated auction marketing method as an Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE).
